Thursday: Sauteed Chicken topped with Spinach, Dearborn Ham, and Gruyere

As it sounds, seasoned boneless chicken breast pan seared to golden brown, topped with wilted baby spinach, spiral cut Dearborn ham, and Swiss cheese; then gently baked to melt it all together. Accompanied by lemon-dill rice, green vegetable medley, chardonnay sauce with a hint of Dijon, and a spinach salad with Greek vinaigrette
