Ahhh, the old school diner fave, ground beef blended with a host of seasonings, a bit of onion, and parsley, then formed into roughly a steak shape and broiled to golden brown. Served (of course) with mashed potatoes, caramelized onion and mushroom gravy, fresh steamed green beans with roasted carrots; and a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette
